1. Processing Times
 

Orders are generally processed within [2–5] business days.
 

Processing times may be longer during:

• Holidays;

• Product launches;

• Sales events;

• Craft-market seasons; or

• Periods of unusually high order volume.
   

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers.
 

2. Shipping Within Canada
 

We ship orders using Canada Post / Fedex / Purolator.
 

Available shipping methods and costs will be displayed during checkout.
 

Estimated delivery times provided by a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated otherwise.
 

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Shipping outside of Canada is not offered at this time.
 

3. Incorrect Addresses
 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
 

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment.

4. Damaged Packages
 

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and products and contact us as soon as possible.
 

If the product itself has been damaged, please follow the Return & Refund Policy.
 

5. Lost Packages
 

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so that we can assist with the carrier's investigation where available.
 

6. Extreme Temperatures
 

Some handmade bath products may be affected by prolonged exposure to extreme heat or cold.
 

Customers should retrieve packages promptly after delivery and store products according to the directions on the product label.
 

7. Local Pickup
 

Local pickup is offered:

Pickup Hours: 11am-7pm Monday to Friday
 

Customers will receive pickup instructions after placing their order.
